1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Perishable goods (food items, fresh plants, etc.).
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
• Items without original packaging or tags.
• Pre-order items (unless defective or incorrect).
• Sale or discounted items marked as final sale.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the item if damaged.
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method or as store credit.

5. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the item is returned in a condition that is not fully original, or where only part of an order is returned. The refund amount will be determined at our discretion after inspection.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrect items, subject to stock availability. If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
